Our Referral Program

We’re always eager to meet talented private service professionals who are dedicated to making the lives of their employers simpler and more fulfilling. We offer a $1,500 referral bonus for any new candidate you introduce to us who we successfully place in a new, full-time, position.

The Fine Print

Referral bonuses will be awarded under the following terms: For a referral to be considered a proper and valid referral, we kindly request an email introduction so our team can track it internally. The applicant must be a new contact for DM Estate Staffing, and the referral term is valid for one year. In the event that we make a full-time career placement that generates a placement fee, we will pay you $1,500 after our candidate has completed 90 days of employment. In the event that we make a part-time career placement that generates a placement fee, we will pay you $500 after our candidate has completed 90 days of employment. DM Estate Staffing does not pay referral bonuses for temporary positions.
