The Formator Institute provides strategic assessment, training, and management of childcare operations for family offices and multi-property households. Engagements include on-site evaluation, care team design, and ongoing oversight of caregiver performance, household integration, and developmental coordination. Led by Dr. Ginny Schwager, the Institute partners with estate managers, chiefs of staff, and household principals to build childcare infrastructure that holds across residences, transitions, and team turnover — so principals can be present with their children rather than managing the logistics around them.
